Job description for Russian designer

Although, the Russian Unified skills guide for positions of managers, specialists and non-manual workers has the position of industrial designer it doesn’t consider the IT specific aspects.

Software developers need a designer for interfaces, web studios need web-designers, game projects need the computer graphic designer.

This is why it’s so important for the employer - to set the employee’s functionality in regards to the company or its project specialization.

The job description allows putting the designer in charge of specific tasks execution (and fire the employee if he or she doesn’t fulfill them).
