1. Public offer agreement for suppliers/executors

The public offer agreement covers the procedure of the entry into an agency agreement between the marketplace and a supplier/executor. The marketplace promotes its clients and takes orders for them (charged services).

You need such agreement to:

• promote your clients (catalog, highlighting, priority, etc.);
• take marketplace users’ orders and transfer them to suppliers/executors.

2. User agreement

The agreement covers the common registration and the website functionality free use policy. It also sets the content placement policy (party description, good/service description, order procedure), disclaimer, basic electronic signature usage procedure to confirm the user’s account and email activity.

3. Privacy policy

The policy covers the automatically collected personal data processing procedure. This document is necessary for every website if users’ personal data is subject to collect there according to the Russian Federal Personal Data Act. With this document, you don’t have to be registered at The Russian Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media and you don’t have to ask a user’s written consent for the personal data processing.
